👩💻 Role Responsibilities:
- Buckle up and jump into the AI train to help us ease connection between clients and finance professionals
- Transform creative ideas into fully functional software from concept to production
- Think about the actual problems in front of us rather than prematurely optimizing to address future problems that may never materialize
- Create, refine and fix our existing codebase mostly in Ruby on Rails and React
📚 Required Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Comfortable in highly collaborative, startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of backend development in Ruby on Rails
- Competent with front-end development in React using Typescript
- Great communication skills
- Motivated, eager to learn about new technologies with an exceptional work ethic
- Ability to build scalable and maintainable architectures
💡 Bonus Points:
- Already experimented with AI in any kind (Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, training)
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Skilled with AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Mobile development experience on iOS
- Any NodeJS experience
- Understanding of web app security best practices
